I’d have to look around for that CD. When you start up you should see both drives, if only one is showing you have a problem, check leads deluxd power.

What do you see happening on-screen? I assume at this point they had the drivers already loaded.

I called Asus and they were very curt and unhelpful. Boot to the windows disk.

With a slower computer, you have time to start the sequence of formatting and preliminary file installation–you can hit that button and it works! If you have not already done so, download all the latest drivers for the A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard from the Asus website and have them ready to use on a CD or flashdrive immediately after the installation of Windows XP.
